The monthly business meeting is formally convened on the initial Saturday of each month. It commences at 11 a.m. and is situated at the clubhouse at 901 10th St., St. Albans, WV 25177. Attendance is open to all interested parties. Subsequent to the meeting, an operational session is generally conducted.

Typically, at least a few members gather at our clubhouse on Friday evenings around 6 p.m.
These are informal and typically rotate between running nights and work nights. These gatherings are a great way to meet members and familiarize yourself with the layout and club operations.
